A connected account does not prove every workflow is ready.
The work, in practice
A useful connection is a tested route from a customer's question to the correct business context and next step. Start with website chat and capture. For another channel, identify the account, what the connection can do, its entitlement and the provider's requirements. A logo or saved credential is not proof that incoming questions, replies or appointments work for your business.

Does a WhatsApp or Google logo mean we are connected?
No. Confirm the actual account, provider approval, permission, entitlement and tested capability. A calendar display is also different from reading availability.
