What is an AI audit?
An AI audit helps you decide where artificial intelligence could support your business. Procora starts with what a visitor can see on your website: services, contact options and the path from interest to enquiry. The report combines verifiable website findings with possible administrative workflows. It gives you a starting point for choosing one task to investigate further.
Website checks with specific findings
The tool checks page titles, meta descriptions, main headings, canonical links, image alternatives and readable structured data. It also reviews indexing signals, sitemap availability and broken internal links within the pages actually scanned. A finding explains the observation, a possible action and how to verify a change. Missing information and incomplete coverage remain visible in the report.
Find relevant tasks for AI and automation
Public website information can suggest tasks such as organising enquiries, preparing responses for review or drafting quotation follow-up. You need to confirm these suggestions. The tool cannot see your inbox, systems or internal workflows. You can add your industry and assumptions to make the next step more relevant. An opportunity does not establish that an integration or service is already available.
How to use your report
Start with a finding that affects a customer's next step, such as a broken contact link. Verify it on the identified page and agree who will fix it. Then choose one repeated administrative task and describe the current process, who approves the result and when the work is finished. Download the report or print it to PDF for a discussion with your team or adviser.
Example: from enquiry to follow-up
A service business receives repeated questions about its services and availability. An audit can help identify unclear contact routes and suggest a bounded workflow: capture the enquiry, collect the necessary details and have a team member approve the next response. If quotations regularly need follow-up, a draft reminder might be a suitable pilot. This is an illustrative example; the tool sends no messages and changes no customer records.
Explore potential time savings
The report lets you enter your own figures for one workflow: task volume, time per task, expected reduction, review time and maintenance. The calculation subtracts review and maintenance from potential time savings. An optional hourly value expresses the time's value before implementation and running costs. The result can be negative. It is a scenario based on your assumptions, not a promise of savings or revenue.
Method, coverage and limitations
The audit reads up to 10 public HTML pages on the same website and respects its robots rules. It does not run page scripts or open logged-in areas, patient sections or checkout flows. Content rendered only through JavaScript may therefore be missing. The report lists scanned pages and skips. It does not measure Core Web Vitals, Google rankings, complete accessibility or cybersecurity and does not replace a manual SEO or security review.
Your information and report
You do not need an account or email address. Your report is privately accessible in the browser tab where you start it and is retained for at most 24 hours; a restart may shorten this period. You can cancel or delete it. Your calculation inputs are not stored on the server. Limited observations of public pages may be reused for up to an hour. Do not enter sensitive personal information or addresses containing passwords.
Frequently asked questions about AI audits
Is the AI audit free?
Yes. The automated check of up to 10 public pages is free and requires no signup. Scan limits apply. Any consulting engagement is agreed separately.
Is this an SEO audit or an AI audit?
It combines selected technical website checks with possible administrative AI tasks. It is not a complete SEO audit, keyword analysis or review of all your business systems.
Can a small business use it?
Yes. Start with a public website and one repeated task. Service businesses, shops and clinics can use the report to prepare a discussion of their needs. Professional decisions, treatment and sensitive information require a separate assessment.
Does the tool change my website?
No. It reads public content and provides suggestions. It installs nothing, publishes no knowledge base and sends no customer messages. You choose the next action.
Why could some pages not be checked?
Robots rules, slow responses, redirects, page formats and scan limits can restrict coverage. Check the coverage section before interpreting your results. No findings does not mean that the entire website is free of issues.
What happens after the audit?
Verify the findings, choose one task and agree responsibilities, access and approval. Procora also offers AI consulting to review your actual workflow and constraints before agreeing a pilot.
From a free overview to a practical plan
A public website only tells part of the story. During AI consulting, we review the task with your team, clarify data sources and approvals and agree a pilot with clear goals. Start with your report and bring it to the discussion.
