AI advisory · agreed scope
Choose one business task worth improving.
Start with the work your team does today. We review the information, decisions and exceptions before recommending an AI tool or a process change.
Advisory work with a concrete deliverable
- What do we review?
- One named administrative workflow: its trigger, required information, decision owner and exception handling.
- What do you receive?
- A process map, a list of data sources and access needs, prioritised improvements and a recommendation: use an existing tool, agree a bounded test, or avoid automation. Any agreed pilot has its own completion criteria.
- What should you prepare?
- A responsible person, an anonymised example, system names and your own observations of effort and errors. Do not share patient records, passwords or sensitive customer details in the initial enquiry.
- Format, timing and price
- Format, meeting count, delivery date, fee and any provider costs are agreed in writing before starting. The free website audit is a separate review of public pages, not an internal process assessment.
- What is excluded?
- No guaranteed savings, sales or search positions. No automatic installation, system access, clinical or legal advice. Implementation, ongoing operation and outbound customer messages require separate scope and approval.
- When is the work complete?
- When the agreed deliverable is reviewed with the responsible person, assumptions and gaps are visible, and one next action has an owner and verification method. A process map does not establish an active integration.

Fictional planning example, not a customer case or measured saving.
- Task: collect details from a service enquiry. Source: the customer's current message and approved service description.
- Output: name, contact route, requested task and next owner. Missing information becomes a question, not a guess.
- Exception: an unknown price or professional judgment goes to the owner. Sending or booking is not confirmed without a saved result.
- Verification: review anonymised examples with complete and missing information; record corrections and human review time before deciding on a pilot.
