Security and honesty are product decisions here, not a paragraph in a brochure. Here is what applies — short, without the legal fog, and with the sub-processors named in the privacy policy.
Data in the EU
Our own servers and databases are in the EU, and you get a data processing agreement. The sub-processors we use are named in the privacy policy — not hidden behind »trusted partners«. The widget sets no marketing cookies.
You own your knowledge
The knowledge base is built from your own material, and you can correct it, cut it and delete it. Delete a conversation and it is gone.
She never guesses
Emma answers only from what you have approved. If she cannot find the answer she says so honestly and takes a name and number instead of inventing one.
She does not hide what she is
It is in her first sentence that she is an AI assistant. None of your customers is tricked into thinking they are writing to you personally.
