Why we built it

Most smaller businesses do not lose customers on the quality of their work. They lose them because the enquiry arrived while their hands were full — and because the customer wrote on to the next name when no answer came. The phone rings while the fitter is under a sink, while the dentist is mid-treatment, and long after the office has turned the lights off.

That problem is too expensive to ignore and too small to hire your way out of. Emma is built for exactly that gap: she answers immediately, captures a name and number, and books the appointment — so the business can work while the enquiries are being taken.

How we work

Honesty is a product decision here, not a slogan. Emma introduces herself as artificial intelligence in her first sentence. She answers only from content the business itself has approved, and never invents a price or an available time. If she cannot answer, she says so — and takes contact details instead.

The same principle applies to our own marketing: we publish no invented customer numbers, no made-up statistics and no reviews we cannot document. Procora is in pilot use with the first Danish businesses, and we will publish figures when they are real — not before.

Data and security

All data is processed on servers in the EU, each business is separated at database level, and conversations are deleted automatically after the retention period the business chooses. The details — data processing agreement, encryption and cookie policy — are set out without legal fog on Security & GDPR.
