Read the exact scope →Four clear states
Available after setup means the capability exists but needs approved knowledge, relevant access and a test in your own configuration. A public description is not confirmation of activation.
Conditional means a particular plan, provider approval or connection must also be in place. Booking is conditional: a proposed time is not an appointment until it has been saved and confirmed.
A pilot is a separately agreed test with its own deliverables and stopping conditions. Planned means a generally available product capability is not operating. An enquiry does not change that status.
Booking, calendars and channels
Check plan access to booking, services, opening hours, duration and time zone. The Google connection can read busy periods; it does not create Google Calendar events. Invitations and a calendar feed are separate capabilities.
The website is the starting point for enquiries. Other messaging channels depend on their provider and customer setup. Procora does not provide direct telephone answering.
Who owns the work?
The business workflow owner approves information sources, handles unresolved enquiries and checks changes in pricing and availability. Procora and the customer agree setup, support and scope before starting.
Source review: 15 October 2026. This overview uses the same catalogue as the public service pages. The date records an editorial source review, not a successful customer test or expanded delivery.
