Inspect the fictional source pages
These are labelled sample fixtures, not a live customer website.
A clearly labelled sample
This is a fictional teaching example, not a completed customer audit. Three sample HTML pages are supplied so you can compare findings with their sources. There are no real customer records, savings or search figures.
The free Procora audit reviews at most ten public pages. A sample is not a complete technical crawl and does not open internal business systems. A separate Google connection requires an account, authorisation and a matching property.
Three findings with traceable evidence
Example 1: the services page describes the task but gives no service area. The observation is the missing information. The suggestion is for the owner to add the correct coverage area. This does not demonstrate lost customers.
Example 2: the contact page asks the customer to write but does not explain who takes over. The suggestion is a short, accurate description of receipt and the next step. We do not invent a response time.
Example 3: the homepage shows 08–16 while the contact page shows 09–17. The conflict is observable. Only the responsible owner can determine which is correct. Fix the approved source before an automated answer uses it.
Priority is a judgement
Resolve conflicting information before cosmetic improvements. Give each finding an owner, a reason and a verification method. High priority is an editorial judgement about risk and usefulness, not a measured revenue or ranking impact.
What the report must not imply
Public HTML does not reveal how many visitors buy, how the business works internally or whether an assistant is suitable for professional decisions. Missing external data must remain unmeasured. An AI suggestion still needs checking against the page and the actual business.
Use findings as a work plan
Choose one finding the owner can confirm. Record the source, old wording, change and test. Repeat the check after publication. Use the free audit for your own website, or discuss the workflow with Procora if the problem extends beyond the page.
