The work, in practice
A connected CRM can hold a useful customer record without knowing whether an offer is still open. Quotation follow-up needs the current document, commercial status and version. Procora's supported intake currently uses owner-entered or CSV snapshots. Existing enquiry connections are useful in their own scope; they do not establish a verified quotation feed.

Does the e-conomic contact connection read quotations?
No verified quotation read is established by that code. Customer creation and quotation synchronisation are different capabilities; the example quotation is manually supplied and checked.
Can a CSV copy be treated as a live source?
No. It is a snapshot. The owner checks current status and version in the original system before the relevant action, and changed quotations need a fresh review.
Will my CRM update when I record an outcome?
Do not assume that. Agree the current manual update responsibility; any quotation write-back must be separately verified for fields, authority, conflicts and failure handling.
