The work, in practice
An old customer record tells you that a relationship once existed. It does not tell you why it became quiet or whether a new message is welcome. The proposed reactivation job would identify a current reason, check exclusions and prepare a respectful invitation. Procora's reactivation work remains planned.

Can an old customer list be used automatically?
No. Current relevance, identity, preferences, suppressions and the intended country/channel contact basis need review. An old purchase or address alone is insufficient. Unknown evidence blocks the proposed contact.
Does reactivation need a discount?
Not necessarily. A relevant service question may be useful without an incentive. Any commercial offer needs an actual source and owner approval; Procora's examples do not negotiate or invent discounts.
What happens when the customer books?
The original proposed invitation should stop or change because its purpose has been met. A future operational process would need a verified booking event and clear ownership before it could make that decision automatically.
