AI workshop for one concrete workflow

Map inputs, ownership, sources and a bounded trial with your team. Scope, date, price and deliverables are confirmed in a quote before booking.

Reviewed 15 October 2026

Who the workshop is for

A small service team with a repeated administrative task and an owner who can assess quality. Examples include practical enquiries, incomplete contact requests and quotation drafts. Clinical, legal and safety decisions remain with the relevant professionals.

If the issue is missing ownership or one form field, a simpler process without AI may be sufficient. The workshop must also support a reasoned decision not to automate.

What to prepare

Choose one task and a responsible participant. Bring five fictional or anonymised examples, approved public information and the names of relevant systems. Describe frequency, total staff time, missing information and typical errors.

Do not submit passwords, patient records, confidential cases or customer documents in an initial request. The workshop does not automatically grant account access or permission to contact customers.

How the session can work

An agreed 90-minute discussion is a typical starting point: define the task, trace an example from input to the owner’s next action, and check sources and exceptions. Duration, participants and any preparation are adjusted and confirmed before booking.

Distinguish a request, draft, sent message, saved booking and paid work. A model message alone does not prove completion. Also test an unknown price, missing source and absent owner.

Deliverables to agree

The quote can include a short workflow map, source/owner register, prioritised issue list, bounded test set, prerequisites, exclusions and a recommendation. Use the decision sheet to record the scope actually agreed.

Development, implementation, subscriptions, live integrations, customer messages and legal certification are not automatically included. The workshop is an advisory engagement; software access and any later pilot are agreed separately.

Pricing and booking with explicit prerequisites

Request a specific quote stating currency, tax basis, price, payment terms, date, deliverables and any change/cancellation terms. This page does not quote a fixed workshop price or guarantee a free slot. An enquiry does not accept a paid engagement.

Describe the task in the pilot/advice enquiry form and say that you want a workshop. We review the scope with you before agreement. Submitting the form does not buy extra features or integrations.

Assess the next step using evidence

Agree one task type, a baseline and a few measures: quality, complete information, human review time and follow-up. Include corrections and maintenance. Freed hours do not automatically reduce wages or increase revenue or customers.

Participation does not authorise Procora to publish a name, quote or results. A customer case needs separate evidence and express permission for the exact material.
