Customer stories and evidence

See how a case should document baseline, scope, period, method and limitations. Fictional examples are not customer results.

Reviewed 15 October 2026

No published verified customer cases yet

Procora has not published a named verified customer case in this directory. Website illustrations show fictional workflows. They are not testimonials, documented revenue or measured time savings.

Begin with baseline and scope

A case should describe the task, people, approved sources and actions actually activated. Record relevant enquiries, effort, errors and handoffs before and after using the same definitions.

Period, sample and uncertainty

State the period, comparable case count, unknown outcomes and concurrent changes. An answer is not an appointment, an appointment is not attendance and an accepted quotation is not payment. With small samples, a concrete qualitative account is more appropriate than a large uplift percentage.

Show review and maintenance as well

Document who corrects sources, handles exceptions and spends time reviewing. Explain what did not work and what still needs people. Publish a quote or logo only with customer approval.

Want to test a defined task?

Describe one recurring administrative task and its owner. Any engagement, fee and test are agreed before starting. Participation does not automatically grant permission to publish a case.
